Ordering:
Orders for items created by Angel Street Studio artists will be processed and shipped by us directly. We accept MasterCard and VISA in payment for items ordered. Our primary method of shipment is standard UPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping and handling charges will vary, accordingly. Customers will be notified by e-mail, upon receipt of an order, of an estimated time of delivery. Most orders will be shipped within three to five days of ordering.

Orders for items for sale by member artists, in the Angel Street Boutique section of 14angelstreet.com are processed and delivered by the individual artists who created the work. Some artists accept payment by credit card, some require that you send a check in payment. See each artist's "Terms and Conditions" statement for more information.

For payment by check, print the Order Form you complete online, and follow the instructions on the Order Form for submitting your order.

For credit card payments, print the Order Form you complete online, and retain it for your reference; the artist will enclose your credit card receipt with your shipment.

Merchandise (books, gifts, music) you order from amazon.com, through our associate program, is charged and delivered by amazon.com. See our "Bookshelves" section for more information.Back to Top

In the event of a delay, we are here to assist you in resolving any questions or concerns you may have with the status of your order. Returns:
While we are most certain you will be completely satisfied with whatever you purchase from Angel Street Studio or Boutique, located at 14angelstreet.com, we do realize that there may occasionally be the exception to the rule. To return an item, you must notify us at 14angelstreet.com and request a Return Authorization Number. Requests for refund or exchange must be submitted within 5 business days of your receipt of the item. No refunds will be issued for items returned, or postmarked, later than 5 business days after a Return Authorization Number is issued.

To request a Return Authorization Number, send an e-mail to returns@14angelstreet.com, and include your Order Number, the artist's name, and the reason for the return in your message. We will inform the artist of the pending return, and send you an e-mail with your Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item. Thank you. Back to Top
